Well this won’t be exactly wordless….and it is a lot of pictures, but I wanted to post these this week anyway, so why not on my WW post?!
We had the kids joint birthday party on Saturday (right inbetween their two birthdays) to celebrate Zoe turning 3 and Trevor turning 5! We had it at a local park….with a puppy dog theme, pinata, pin the b-day hat on the puppy, puppy face-painting, etc! Here are some pictures of the fun celebration!

That is a fantastic idea! We had a Candyland party cause the kids bdays were in the winter! We decorated the cake with starbursts as the candyland trail, and used the actual gingerbread from the game as the people! It was so much fun!
Great pictures! Have a great Halloween! I posted my Wordless Wednesday also!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you all! You are too kind! The puppy was made free form, using 2 – 9″ round cakes – cutting them up and peicing them together!

Katie,
You did do a good job on the cake. I like to make the boys’ cakes too and have done several free form. It is fun and the kids always remember an enjoy it. It looks like the party was great!

Thanks Tiany, Jennifer, Tifffanie, and Jenn!!
Jenn – I kinda learned from my mom, when she made our cakes as kids. Then when I had kids of my own, I started making their cakes! I love making cakes for my kids, and also for baby showers for friends. So, I guess I have been making them for about 4 years (since my 5 year olds first birthday!)
