I have created a couple new charts for my kids, to help keep them on track in the mornings and evenings. I think this is a great way to give them a little more independance over getting themselves ready. My kids are 5 & 3. My five year old is pretty good about sticking to his routines, but still gets off track at times. My 3 year old does some of her morning routine independantly but still relies on me for most of it.
They were SO excited about these charts, which I have now posted in their bathroom. After I explained them to Zoe (my youngest) she eagerly wanted to repeat them all back to me. You see, I made them as kid-friendly as possible with cutsie little pictures to help guide them if they are not yet reading! So she was so excited to be able to “read” the chart herself!
If you would like to have these charts for your young children, I have included links at the bottom of this post. Feel free to take them, change them if you like to fit your family, and print them for your own use. I also laminated mine to keep them protected and nice looking in the bathroom. You could also frame them! Enjoy!
